Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Williamcentre Roofing wants williamcentre.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside parties, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If part of this site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@williamcentre.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@williamcentre.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we keep it in mind and keep working to do better.
